This man was voted off WOPOA with the lowest vote total ever
The man that was voted off the WOPOA board with the lowest vote total in Windermere history and the man that has spent over one million dollars defending WOWSC corruption, has weighed in on STR's. Mr Gimenez is also responsible for suing Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton twice and is currently in a lawsuit against WOWSC insurance company Allied World Specialty Insurance. He admits he did nothing to uphold the restrictions. Gimenez was the one that looked the other way on STR's in 2017.

Board President states they spent $15,000 in legal fees to fight the 60+ members who signed a petition to remove him from the board. Robb Van Eman confirms with Joe Gimenez board president that the members have a right to hold a special members meeting. Even though Mr. Gimenez agrees with this statement, Mr. Gimenez authorizes the WOWSC to spend $15,000 in attorney fees (our money) to prevent his removal!
