Gimenez Spares no expense-He needs a legal war-chest!
Joe Gimenez is a big spender with the members money. As people struggle to pay their water bills he is busy dropping big bucks to hide information from us. What are they hiding from the members that is in these invoices? Why would they go to this extent to conceal information?
So they filed a ten page legal brief with the Texas AG
