petition to remove directors
WOWSC attorneys want to ignore the recent petition signed by 30% of the members with no explanation. They seem to be protecting their golden goose.
Board President states they spent $15,000 in legal fees to fight the 60+ members who signed a petition to remove him from the board. Robb Van Eman confirms with Joe Gimenez board president that the members have a right to hold a special members meeting. Even though Mr. Gimenez agrees with this statement, Mr. Gimenez authorizes the WOWSC to spend $15,000 in attorney fees (our money) to prevent his removal!
