The letter outlined several serious concerns regarding the 2021 annual Members Meeting. None of the concerns were addressed, in fact they were not even discussed by the board. The board had plenty of time to implement the safeguards to ensure a fair and honest election however they chose to do business as usual. The annual meeting date was supposed to be held February 6th. Gimenez Nelson and Schaefer's terms expired on March 10th.
