Not on the agenda, not in the minutes
This resolution was said to be voted on by the board at the 2/22/2016 WOWSC Meeting in connection with the insider land deal. However it is not on the agenda and not in the minutes yet was notarized stating that it was done at that meeting. This was another willful violation of law! What's missing?
