In 2019, the WOWSC Board unanimously voted (which included current board member Mike Nelson) to send a demand letter to Dana Martin regarding her behind closed doors real estate transaction with the 2015/2016 WOWSC Board outlining multiple problems. The letter was written by the current WOWSC attorney with Lloyd Gosselink, Jose De la Fuentes. When Joe Gimenez became the president, just six months later the board, including Mike Nelson, not only recanted the demand letter but in October of 2019 voted to give Dana Martin additional land that we own in the Spicewood Airport for FREE.
