Per SAPA MINUTES Dana Martin allegedly filed fraudulent docs
This was discovered then reported by the 2022 SAPA BOD. Attached are the official approved minutes. For the first time since Patricia Gerino (Dana Martins dear friend and former business partner) started acting as Dana Martins proxy that she recused herself due to her obvious conflict. Something she should have done all along instead of putting Ms. Martins interest first. Ms. Gerino never ran for the water board and never attended one meeting prior to her installation. She also raised the members water/sewer rates 71% to pay Dana Martins legal fees.
