Ms. Martin was well aware of this appraisal, yet used the low ball Hinton Appraisal (which she signed the check to Mr. Hinton) in 2015 to make an offer on our property for only $200,000. Former WOWSC President thinks Hinton Appraisal was flawed
As a director Pat Mulligan points out the many flaws in the October 2015 Hinton Appraisal, however in January 2019 he then claimed he could not remember the Hinton Appraisal when confronted with these very issues by WOWSC members.
Proof Dana martin knew land was far more valuable in 2016
Ms Martin did not share this with the 2015/2016 WOWSC board when she purchased the WOWSC airport land. The value in 2006 was what she paid for in 2016! An entire decade later!

They appraised the 10+ acres in the Spicewood Airport at $1.3 million and the 4 acres Dana Martin obtained from the
WOWSC at $700,000.

2015 Jimmy Hinton Appraisal
The appraiser Jimmy Hinton who did the 2015 appraisal for the 10+ acres of land the WOWSC owned in the Spicewood Airport valued the land at $185,000. Dana Martin, WOWSC director at the time, worked hand in hand with the appraiser and did not provide any airport comps to his valuation, only rural land.
